Your driver will wait in the Arrivals hall of Tirana International Airport (TIA / Nënë Tereza) holding a printed sign with your name. Follow the signs to “Arrivals” after passport control and baggage claim — the meeting area is directly opposite the exit doors.
- Look for a driver in a TIA TAXI branded polo shirt.
- If you cannot spot the driver, call the number on your confirmation SMS.
- For late-night arrivals the driver is on site 15 minutes before your landing time.

Pay whichever way is easiest for you at the end of the ride: cash in EUR or ALL, credit / debit card, or bank transfer for corporate bookings. Prices on the site are the full price — no card surcharge, no night surcharge, no tolls added later.

Cancellations and changes

Child and booster seats
Child seats and booster seats are available on request at no extra cost. Please mention the child’s age (or weight) in the booking notes so we prepare the correct seat before you land.
Luggage
Standard allowance is one large suitcase plus one cabin bag per passenger. Skis, snowboards, bicycles and surfboards are welcome — just tell us in advance so we assign a vehicle with the right boot.
